Web Film #503 – Just Fiddlin’ Around

Originally, I was asked to film a summer school event. The organizers invited a group of top-notch performers to open the event. When they started playing, I was both moved and blown away by their calibre of talent. I got my camera out and started to film. So sit back and enjoy a taste of some east coast Canadian talent. Their music was so lively that it was hard for me to keep from tapping my toes. The audience had a lot of fun. I could listen to this music over and over again and not be bored. If you ever get a chance to see these performers live, I would highly recommend it.

*** What makes this so interesting is that I had filmed all this with one camera, editing it was a challenge, but I am happy with the result. I was also glad that the audio worked out.  There were a few places in post-production that I had to manipulate, but it was all good.

*** Thanks to Iain MacDonald

***Thanks to Troy MacGillivray, Louis-Charles Vigeau, and Scott Benson for their awesome performance.

***Thanks to Florence Hwang for copy editing my content.
